For 12 years, CrossFit was a cornerstone of my life, both as an athlete and a coach. I thrived in this community, gaining strength, confidence, and a sense of belonging, even during personal challenges like a difficult divorce.

My journey took a turn when Lyme disease and lupus forced me to stop CrossFit. Despite this setback, I became a Functional Health Practitioner, focusing on healing myself and others with chronic illnesses. My approach has proven effective, and working with CrossFit athletes has yielded fantastic results.

I was reminded of my deep passion for CrossFit, knowing it is a deep passion in my identity, highlighting my unique ability to serve CrossFit athletes. My coaching experience, particularly in nutrition and seminars, led to significant successes for my athletes, and I cherished their achievements as my own.
